Help . Lost a lot of my channels

I've got an old box and have lost a lot of my programs and signal

Losing channels over the past couple of days is probably weather related: typically the dish will have been being moved out of correct alignment by the strong winds of Storm Amy.

 

If you still have an SD-only box then that essentially ceased to function a year ago (the 'October' reference is for 2024)

In either case Sky no longer provides support for the Sky+ / Sky+ HD platform.

 

If you contact Sky they will only offer a move to Q, Glass or Stream.

 

To stay on Sky+ HD you'd need to employ a local independent installer to realign the dish.
