Have error message saying problem with viewing card have tried to reset still getting error messag

Message asking ensure viewing card is inserted correctly have tried to shut down and reset still getting same message, when you go to settings and visit screen the Viewing Card box shows No Card

Try cleaning the Viewing Card with a soft, dry cloth .
