Got a new Sky+hd box one once contented it is asking for a viewing card for some channels

I have just connect another sky plus HD box and it is saying insert a viewing card there is no place for a viewing card nor do I have one,

@Maria1954  Sky plus is a legacy service which sky no longer sells or supports 

 

getting a new one is pointless as it will not work with any existing sky plus setup you have

All Sky+ boxes have a Viewing Card. If this is a replacement box, your Viewing Card will likely still be in your old box.

You're right, it won't, because it can't be paired with a replacement box.
