Sky+ box won't connect to on-demand after changing to giganet fibre connection.

It is an Ethernet connection and not WiFi. Worked fine on the old BT copper broadband. Sky box doesn't have WiFi.

Have you rebooted your Sky box and checked the network tab in the setting?

I have and the network connection is ok but the on demand connection is fail.

Try setting up a manual IP address on your router and Sky box, with ethernet it should have adjusted auromatically but networking is like witchcraft sometimes
