Free sky store film

I received and email stating due to recent issues with sky interruption when the box kept turning off one night I can get a free movie to keep from sky store. I just need to go onto sky store and select free movie on us. I don't have that option? I only have until today to claim it states?

The issue that was the reason for the free movie was only on the Sky Q system, Sky Plus users were unaffected by this issue thus no free gift

That evening my box kept turning off all night and I was unable to watch any channels at all. You we not in my house with me. My god you are very rude

To our knowledge (as fellow customers) only Sky Q was affected so it may have been a coincidence you had issues on the same day. 

As far as we are aware the offer email was only sent to Sky Q customers and the offer expires sometime today.
