Sky box not working +

Sky box downstairs is working well. 
Upstairs box is not receiving a signal. It hasn't been working for a couple of weeks.  
Looking at the information says it is not connected to router can't re set

@Copper+little is that 'not receiving a satellite signal'? First trymturning the box off at the plug and checking that the dish connections are secure. Wait 4 minutes before restarting. If you're seeing the same message, there's a fault either with the dish, or the cabling to your Sky box, or less likely, your Sky box.

 

Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to contact a local satellite engineer to take a look.
