Failed down loads

I've had two engineers out and my internet guy who says my internet is perfect but I can't download anything ?! It says failed ?? Any suggestions so frustrating

When you highlight and failed download on press the information button (the i one) on your Sky+ remote what does it say is the reason for the failed download ?
