FRUSTRATED

On returning from holiday I now have a message on screen relating to the viewing card not being inserted correctly, no one has used the TV while I was away and it worked perfect before. I have tried all the usual steps of switching off the box and reinserted the card, it works for a while and then the same error message reappears. I've been trying for several hours to fix this and am very frustrated not to be able to speak to someone!

Was the box turned off at the plug while you were away? That would most likely be the cause of this. Sky will probably send you a replacement card once you've reported it. If you can't get past the AI bot, just say nothing when you call and eventually you'll be put through to an adviser.
