Episode Issue With The Rookie Season 8 Episode 7

I'm having issues watching episode 7 of season 8 of the rookie on my sky. It was working fine and then 18 minutes into the episode when it cut black with no image but still with sound and subtitles, just no image of the show . We checked other episodes and they all are working fine.

No, still not able to watch and its not on catch up anywhere. @Sky when will this be fixed?

@Witch39 just so you know, @sky is another customer. @DFY's post indicated it would be fixed ASAP. I doubt you'll get anything more accurate!

It's the 15th April and mine is still not working which means can't watch the next episodes until fixed. It's taking Sky too long.

I also am having this issue. Spoke to the viewer relation team last week and had the same response- have emailed again today so hope to update you all soon.

it's now fixed by the way. Would've been nice for Sky to have updated users.
