We have been able to replicate the problem for you just now and have since raised this with the appropriate team for them to investigate.

It's the 15th April and mine is still not working which means can't watch the next episodes until fixed. It's taking Sky too long.

I also am having this issue. Spoke to the viewer relation team last week and had the same response- have emailed again today so hope to update you all soon.
