my sky box goes on standby so I need to upgrade it

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

There is no upgrade for Sky+ you will need to move to another Sky TV service as above

@Smedm0re27 can you tell us more about the problem you're having?

When does it go into standby? Does the power LED on the front panel change from green to amber or red? Are you able to use the power button on your remote to turn your Sky box back on?
