EFL games on Sky +

The red button does not work to allow me to choose EFL games on Sky sports +. What do I need to do to get this service? I have an old sky box not a newer version.

Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop)

As detailed by @Daniel0210, if you want to watch the red button games on your TV, you would need to switch to either Sky Q or Sky Stream
