I have an email telling me sky cinema entitles me to use this app but it says I don't have the subscription. It was changed today?
do I need to speak to Sky tomorrow

You don't need a subscription to Paramount+ to be able to watch on Sky+ boxes. You just need to subscribe to Sky Cinema.

There's no Paramount+ app on Sky+.

I can't log in so can't even get to that stage it just says I don't have access 🙄

There's nowhere to log into on Sky+ boxes. Are you sure you don't have Sky Q?
