I have Sky plus and have the Amazon Prime app. The person whose account it was set up with has cancelled and I have just signed up for it myself. How do I delete the app or edit to have it in my account name?

@Sehanine You're posted in sky plus section but can you clarify which box you have as only Sky Q can handle apps not Sky plus

@Sehanine I'm not aware of the Sky+ system having any apps.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I think the app is part of the TV as it is a Smart TV. I don't have Sky Q, so if Sky+ has no apps, it must be that! Thanks for the replies.
