Contacting SKY impossible ?

My box is sky HD+ I need to upgrade for multiroom ,only need one mini  box 

I would need to talk to someone at SKY ,need to know cost of upgrading   +the mini box

It seems impossible to contact SKY  for that information

I would not take out a mobile phone contract without knowing what I have to pay every month

Your post is confusing.

 

You mention you have a Sky HD+ box. This is an old legacy package no longer supported by Sky and Multiroom won't be offered and another box won't be provided.

 

You also mention mini boxes. These are supplied to Sky Q customers in addition to a main Sky Q box once a Multiscreen subscription is added.

SKY upgrade from HD+ to Q advice received

Many thanks for the very sound advice I have received

Easy decision to make.

I  live alone can only watch one tv at  any one time Q would mean  changing LNB +Costs

I feel not worth it. I wiil  try running a 5m  cable in to lounge and see how it works
