Constant no signal message on screen

I need to book an engineer appointment but phone line didn't give me that option. Can anyone help?

If you do consider moving to SKY Q then  you may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

@Angela142 

If you have a Sky+ box (where you have posted on here) then it will not be possible to book a Sky engineer as Sky does not support Sky+ boxes. You can contact a company local to you to come out though.

@Angela142  alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you
