Re: Connecting sky box th broadband
If your Sky+ box is connected to your broadband then try a reboot of your Sky+ box and your broadband hub at the mains.

Have you used catchup successfully before?

Re: Connecting sky box th broadband
This has just started to happen to me too. I'm wondering if I need a new WiFi adapter? My hub is working fine as my other devices are all working fine. Tried turning off box and rebooting - many times!! Adapter still won't pair. Any help gratefully received-thx

Re: Connecting sky box th broadband
There are no new Mini Connectors, given they haven't been manufactured for about a decade. You should be able to source a replacement on eBay for a few pounds.
With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

Re: Connecting sky box th broadband
Thanks. That's useful information. I have found reconditioned connectors on eBay for about £22. Mines a real old HD+ box and when updates come in it takes hours to reset it. I'm guessing that I need an update but a SkyQ will require an adapter on the communal dish (it's a block of private flats) which the freeholder won't give permission to having put on. The only alternative is Sky Glass I'm guessing?

Sky+HD Boxes haven't received any software updates for well over 12 months.
