Connecting Sky+HD Box to Fritzbox

Hello

I have moved from Sky Internet to Zen and have a new full-fibre connection via  Fritzbox 7530. All is working well except  I cannot connect My Sky+HD box to the internet . I have tried connecting with a DSL cable and rebooting everything several times. Any help would be much appreciated.

@len2000  If the box has an ethernet port then you need to use an ethernet cat 5 cable not a dsl cable.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
