Hi This message was authored by:Daniel0210, thanks for your feedback;
But I bleive that, there may be no compenation for loss of service but their Terms and Condition state
that we will be given 31 days notice of any change to their services or conditions etc. ie they cannot be removed without notice.
So I belive that contractually they have broken their contract with us.

I suspect it depends on the reason for 'removal of service' and what you actually mean by it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe loss of a satellite signal doesn't mean your services have been removed, it just means there is a fault somewhere with the box or dish.

Hi SKY1992bf thanks for your feedback, we didn't\don't actually have any error message on screen.
We just lost all signal, they just disabled our SKY box card at their end, so no more correct decoding of signal, I assume.

This was what the operative told my wife when she phoned for help and to complain about our loss of signal\programs etc. We tried even after we have supposedly been disconnected and we still get no channels and we had the dish checked later.
