Changed MySky bo

I have changed my sky box and my viewing card won't work in new box

@Gerry693 From 29th October 2024 sky has removed the ability to pair viewing cards to replacement boxes

viewing cards are now locked to the last box it was paired too (note: viewing cards are non transferable between accounts - hence buying a second hand box with a card included will NOT work)

any new viewing card sent will not work regardless of what you were told

you will need to call sky and discuss your options regarding upgrading to one of sky’s current tv products to continue to receive sky tv services

@Gerry693 the orginal box might be able to get fixed using the second one you brought if you wanted if you could get someone to look at it for you if unless you could do it and unless the pairing has been messed up by putting the card in the other box
