Even so it would have been nice to be told my box was no longer supported. I could then have been given the choice to upgrade before a failure.
I just don't like heavy handed sales tactics.

I still find it strange when I would imagine there are a lot of people using the older system.
I'm going to get a local engineer in to check it over as I said before I don't agree with the heavy handed up-selling I was subjected to.
