Catchup still not working on Three broadband

Supposedly this has been fixed as per the sticky, but unless a VPN is used, catchup episodes still aren't downloading, it's been like this for 2 weeks now, is there no fix insight other than having to use the workarounds?

@spigby  I believe that the three issue is unrelated to the other download issue which has been resolved , but the three issue is still under investigation

Yes, it's a different issue, The 3 issue is still being looked at by Sky and 3. There's no ETA for a fix. Changing DNS is the effective workaround
