My catch up isn't working, it's saying DOWNLOADING but nothing happens.

Same problem being reported on multiple posts I've got an Ethernet connection with sky problem started tonight at 8pm rebooted reset box and router same fault that downloads failed. Plenty of space on box seems to me sky server fault. Netflix it is till fixed.

Same issues im encountering. Cant download any sky programmes keeps saying download failed. Rebooted ny Sky router as well as sky Q box but no luck..

Keeps happening.Report it to ViewerR@sky.com who will probably just give you a standard response that there are lots of programme...

Appears to only be affecting yesterdays catch up so the more people that email viewerR@sky.uk hopefully will help getting it resolved.
