He has Sky services at his house byt is not ther so needf to move his sub to cover provision at cxare home

Youve posted in the Sky+ forum. If that's the TV platform your brother has Sky may not be able to move it across to another address as Sky+ and Sky+HD are no longer supported. You'd have to speak to Sky regarding the options. Hopefully you have your brothers telephone password otherwise Sky may not speak with you.
