Cant ac
Our Sky plus box is linked to our lg smart tv. Up till now , one found the Apps page on the tv, and located and pressed the Sky App, which connected to Sky. From then on, we used the Sky controller.
Today the Sky app disappeared, so we cannot connect to Sky programs. On the box the green light is full on as is the WiFi light
Any suggestions appreciated

Re: Cant ac
@RESROC You need to read your TV User manual to find out how to bring the relevant app back as it's not a Sky issue. Sky+HD has no apps itself.

I think that would have been a shortcut to an HDMI port, labelled as 'Sky'. A Sky+ HD box isn't accessed through a television app.
Today the Sky app disappeared, so we cannot connect to Sky programs.
Again, not an app. I'd suggest restarting the Sky box and checking its HDMI cable to the television set.
