Sky channels are constantly glitching, freezing, pixelating and then the channels just black out completely. No WiFi or weather issues so can only imagine it's the box or Sky connection??

@Becki771 possibly, but more likely a dish or cabling issue. Tune to one of the affected channels and check your signal strength by keying Services > Settings > Signal on your remote.
The white part of all 4 bars must be at least half way across.
