We have had a new sky card delivered for our Q box which is still yet to be installed. After a previous conversation the helpdesk advised us to use the new card with our existing sky plus box. Initially the basic programs (BBCI, ITV) worked, but we cannot access many other channels and services- eg our movie package use live pause and record.
The, engineer is coming tomorrow to install the Sky Q- what can I do in the meantime to access the package I am paying for ?
