I presume you mean Sky Sports+, on your Sky+ box you have access to channel 404 but that apart you are limited to watching the extra streams on a mobile or a tablet as you would need to upgrade to Sky Q, Glass or Stream.

@Lloyd21 

Sky+ customers (where you've posted) cannot receive red button games. Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the Sky Sports+ Channel (which recently moved to channel 404), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.
