I don’t think I have redeemed the paramount plus offer properly please help

I wanted to redeem the paramount plus offer but think it has not worked properly and I have been billed £7.99

A cut down version of Paramount+ is available automatically to Sky+ customers who have Sky Cinema.  You don't need to sign up.
