Hi All, We run an old Skybox+ HD in our living room and we run a virgin media router upstairs sky wifi went off and we tried to put it back in nothing, had to do a Skybox reset, having done this we have a Skybox that won't connect to wifi, in the network it says >
connection to broadband router fail
connection to on-demand fail
IP address of this sky box 0.0.0.0
DHCP on
in where the IP stuff is there's nothing in it so what do we do now ? wondering if the box is broken.
help please doing a manual IP configuration does nothing.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry connecting by pressing the WPS button on the front panel of your Sky box, and within a minute, the WPS button on your Virgin router.

Hi. Tried to push wps on small box on top of sky+HD box then go press virgin router still get same msg there were no network, so try to press green button to put in by manual and now get four lines in network:
IP address of this router
...,...,...,...
All these are blank?
