CNN news channel not working now

I pay the full monthly subscription to SKy and just now the CNN news channel is not coming in anymore - all other channels are working as normal

If you're seeing a 'no satellite signal' error, it's most likely your dish is slightly misaligned. You'll need to get a local satellite installer to come and take a look for you, unless you've got Sky Protect, when you can give Sky a call.

BTW @Gina14just to let you know that CNN is on one of the weaker transponders in the UK as it uses a European wide transponder, so it is more likely to be one of the first lost with slight mis-alignment
