BT Sports HD channels not working

For a while now our BT Sports channels have only been working in SD, the HD channels are asking me to upgrade but I already have the full sports extra package, what could the problem be?, the HD channels use to be 413,414,417 and 421 now they're 870

@agenttom84  Do you pay sky or bt direct for bt sports and are you in UK or ROI

@agenttom84  If you pay sky directly then sports come in hd as standard 

 

so if the hd channels within the 800 range are showing an upgrade message then there is an issue with your account and you will need to speak to sky to resolve
