BBC north west not working

I own a sky + HD box and I am now unable to view BBC 1 North West. This  An error message pops up saying "your sky+hd box isn't getting a satellite signal"

This worked fine until Wednesday evening. Anyone having the issue or have any solutions?

That suggests an issue with your dish setup. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ boxes unless you have Sky Protect, so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look. Or you could upgrade to Sky Q and Sky will sort out any dish problems as part of the installation.
