Viewing card not authorised

Trying to watch sports channels this morning and tells me my viewing card is not authorised.Was ok yesterday and also does not work on Cinema.Unplugged box and still not working.Subscription is paid and up to date so any further suggestions would be gratefully received.

Unlikely, I think, but have you previously ordered and subsequently cancelled Sky Q?

Yes.Just speaking to Sky who informed me that even though I went ahead and canx the system thinks I have upgraded and old card now no longer works.This happened 6 months ago and I rang Sky when I received new card and explained situation and was told by advisor to discard new viewing card so not very happy atmo.

I assume they've ordered a new Card for you, to resolve it.

Yes Thankyou.Sending it special delivery so I get tomorrow.Fortunately I can watch on Sky Go but unable to watch anything downloaded on my box.Never mind at least its resolved.Thanks for your help.
