All my channels are working apart from ITV (channel 103). Also the recordings that are set to record on HD channels don't seem to record either.

Hello mate....thanks for getting back to me.
I managed to speak to someone at Sky and they did some test and apparently it's the card that's faulty so they're sending an engineer out in two weeks.
