We had some regional channels and other channels added to 'Other Channels' in the Option menu.
Today they all just went off/gone. They cannot be retuned but comes up with ' no channels found' or the channels come up with a blank screen. Looks like something has been switched off / shut down as everything else is working OK. I think Sky do not want subscribers to add other channels. Has anyone else found this or got a solution?

Granada and ITV2 are now both on:
11386 H
27.5
2/3
DVB-S2
8PSK
There are several ITV1 HD regions on that frequency so you will need to check during local news to find out which is Granada.
Remember to delete the old label first, otherwise the new one will not appear when you enter the tuning details as it thinks the channel is already stored.

Re: Additional Channels not found or disappeared
You will have to give a list of the channels and their tuning details.... they may no longer be broadcasting😉

Re: Additional Channels not found or disappeared
Lots of ITV channels have changed frequency today. If you let us know which channels/regions you're looking for someone will be able to provide the new tuning details.

Re: Additional Channels not found or disappeared
I'm looking to retune Anglia East. At least I still have it on Freesat.

Re: Additional Channels not found or disappeared
For manual tuning Anglia East is now on:
11386 V
27.5
2/3
DVB-S2
8PSK
Anglia East, Yorkshire East and Border England are on that frequency and all labelled "ITV1 HD" so you will need to tune in during the regional news to find the right region.
If using Sky Q delete the old channel from your list before tuning in the new one.

Re: Additional Channels not found or disappeared
I got Granada back but it went again saying there was a technical problem with channel. Now I can't put in any frequency or scan for channels.

Re: Additional Channels not found or disappeared
Excellent!
There are several sites online that list all the channels available with their frequencies etc. as I have found. Might be worth looking into.
