If you've restarted your sky box by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes and it hasn't resolved it, it's most likely because of a fault with your dish set up
Unfortunately sky no longer provide engineer support gor Sky+ systems unless you have Sky Protect. You will need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look for you (or upgrade to Sky Q).
