I’ve been trying to activate the Disney and HBO app to no avail. I either get taken to the subscription page and get asked to choose which subscription I want with payment details then requested or if I go through QR code and get to the page where it asks for the number to be put in, it says not correct. Iif I do get to the page that says to accept and confirm conditions, the button doesn't work. I’ve tried on my mobile and iPad but can't seem to get anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
