Hi
A couple of days ago my downloads stopped working properly. This applies to catch up downloads only so far .
The downloads never go to the available stage and never finish downloading. In the planner they sow as downloading but the persentage goes over 100% and just keeps going.
I have done a planner rebuild and turned it off and on but still it persists.
Before the sky guys start blaming my broadband that is not the cause!!!!

It is the same issue as the never ending downloads have been well reported on here, so while some just will not download, others do but don't stop as it is all part of the same issue that Sky are investigating.

Hi. We have been watching SWAT for weeks, and suddenly s5 episode 9 it won't download, started getting to 114% but not letting us watch it, and now just days failed. It's only this show, I've tried to download others and they work. We have done a reset on the broadband and box and that hasn't worked. Any ideas?

We are aware that users may receive a technical error message when downloading some content on their Sky Q/HD boxes. We are investigating this issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Hi each time I try to download or watch a program on Peacock is states Download failed - I've switched everything off an reloaded but no joy

I've downloaded 4/5 episodes of various series, but although they seem to download, they won't then play

It usually shows all scheduled episodes of coronation street and
emmerdale and all ones available on catch up But it's not doing why?
it's saying "We're sorry, the information you're looking for isn't
available right now." Thanks it wasn't an issue till today please can
