12 year old sky box won't download

My 12 year old sky box won't download anything.

I've even done a factory reset and lost all my recordings.

But every time I try to download some it starts then says failed.

You've missed the multiple posts here from others with the same problem. Sky are aware and are working on a fix.

Should be working now, it was fixed earlier this afternoon.
