Why has Peacock/Sky TV decided to air/show ony 8 of the 9 episodes of the thought provoking serial drama 'A Friend of the Family', based on a true story, buy omitting the finale episode.......? You can download the first 8 so what was the point of airing an incomplete serial ? Can someone explain the reason for this ?

I can see 9 episodes available on my box.
