Recently, we've noticed a lot of questions about the Sky Remote. So, whether you're a new customer or you've been with us for 20 years, we've got the answers you've been looking for.

If your Sky Q Remote won't pair with your TV...

 

 

👆 Press 7 & 9 together on the remote until the LED flashes four times
📺 Point your Remote at the Q box, press 1 & 3 together until the LED flashes twice
Then, simply follow the onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Sky + Remotes

 

Programming your remote should take no longer than a few minutes. You’ll need to be in front of your TV and have your Sky remote at hand. You can also programme your remote to control your home cinema system.
