streaming channels keep cutting out
Partners Sky Streaming channels keep cutting out, or, not coming on. For instance, if you put Quest on, nothing, but press channel above or below, comes on, then back to Quest and it works. Today however, it must have gone off about 9 times!! He's so frustrated. He has the router and his puck next to his tv, so any idea's as to what it might be? Thank you

Sometimes a signal for WiFi can be too strong or this overall broadband speed is less the the 25Mbps required by stream.
However given that the router and pick are next to each other I would recommend connecting the puck and router via ethernet cable and going into the settings on the puck and disabling WiFi (settings > network > advanced settings)
