BBC iPlayer has stopped showing the Watch from Start

Since the previous fault with iPlayer was fixed the option to watch from start has gone. This applies if you select from the Love TV screen. It used to be if you went to a program part way through, it would start live but within moments the option to watch from start would pop up... This is no longer working

My iplayer on both my sky glass tvs and my puck is working fine, try unplugging it for a few minutes  and then plugging it back in
