sound no picture

Signed in to watch episode 3 of Stuart Fails to save the world on Hayu. It loads with the add counter in top left hand corner and it plays with sound and the ad counter changes and then the show starts and no sound. It's the same in all 3 episodes picked someone random and played that on Hayu (superman) and it played fine. No issues with anything else.

Presuming you have a Sky Stream puck and are trying to access this content via the HBO Max app (not Hayu) then give the puck a reboot and try again. Also check your audio output settings on the puck.
