sky tv box arrived empty

sky puck delivered out the blue - before the sky app even showed out for delivery - box opened no puck inside or remote 😂😂 posty has either opened it or delivered it opened dno whats worse - somebodys seen the sky logo on the box n jst ripped it open

on the phone to sky for 4 hours over 2 days - ended up they had to cancel my broadband, tv and delete my account and re order the whole hing over again

this is aw before the engineers even arrived - knew the deal was too gd to true 😂

How did you manage to get hold of a human on the phone? I can't get the stupid automated service to understand my problem. Spent far too long shouting "delivery issue" down the phone to get transfered to billing and phone data constantly. Im due going mental

appolgies mate ive just seen this notifixation in my enails - it took me [Removed] in hours ans there were about 3 indians who couldnt understand a word i said eventually got transfered to somebody from scotland 🤣🤣

they ended up "making" me a new account and doing the subscription all over again...

but now theres two accounts under my email after asking them to sort it... wont let me sign into the account that actually is working (got my subsriptions) but still getting charged fine 💀
