Sky stream puck order ' rejected'

I signed up for Sky broadband and ulitimate TV on the 1 dec , The broadband box arrived on the 2nd and was activated on the 4th No issue. The stream Pucks have not been delivered and are not even showing up as out for delivery? When I rang Sky and eventually got through they said the puck order was rejected and I now need to wait 24 hours for a cancellation team to ring me , Cancel and rejoin? Surely this is not the case ?

We are fellow customers here on the community. There could be a number of reasons why the order has failed. I assume they mean that the order is stuck on their system and they need to cancel the stream order and then reorder it.
