Moving sky stream box to another room

Moving sky stream box to another room, why does my box  just keep flashing white and wont boot up. Its all on the same wifi

Turn if off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to reboot.

I have tried this it just seems to not connect?

Take it back to your other room. Does it still work in there? 

Is there sufficient broadband speed in the room you want to move it to?

Yes when i take it back it works. The inrenet is strong i have tested it

Is the TV you are connecting it to in the other room of a similar spec? Is it a 4K TV? Are you using a high speed HDMI cable? Have you selected the correct HDMI input on the TV using the TV's remote control (not the puck remote control)?

I will try a different HDMI but it was working with the tv a few weeks ago
