sky stream puck stopped working

Sky puck was working fine has suddenly stopped, now will not turn on or anything, tryed in different power supply still nothing, went on sky help and because it was working today nothing they can do, so said to ask on here

its turned on now but has gone to factory reset as when I try to link my account it says page restricted
