Anyone else experiencing loading a streaming programme, top left you get the message 'Please wait for your programme to load' despite it actually playing perfectly fine....but because of the message it kicks you out after a few seconds?
The only way I have found to get around this is to use System settings to reset the SkyGlass or PUK - then it's okay for a while but will start happening again randomly after a while.
I have checked wi-fi speed and connection - I have very fast fibre broadband with a cabled connection from router to SkyGlass.

Yes have experienced it a couple of times on different pucks each time when playing on demand content from uk gold.
have had to do a reset on the puck to enable me to continue with the programme. Yesterday was the last time a couple of weeks ago was the first time.

I think I have sussed out why this is happening and how to avoid it.
When I was watching a streamed programme I ended it using the back-up button before the programme had come to a natural finish; I then started the next episode in the series. I was then faced with the 'Please wait for your programme to load' message and the new episode kicked me out after a few seconds. The only way I can find to stop this once it starts happening is to restart the PUK/SkyGlass.
To stop it happening at all, let the episode/programme you are watching finish completely first and only then move on to the next one.
