sky stream content cannot be viewed on this device

The menus appear and the apps but when you log into the apps or try to watch a program like BBC one it comes up with the error sky stream content cannot be viewed on this deviceon my bedroom TV. I have tried a different port on my TV which is a Samsung TV I brought last year. I have the same TV downstairs and it works fine. Ive tried lowering to 1080 even down to 480p and just the same error again. I have factory rest the box, reset it and also reset the TV but nothing works. Thanks
